A rubber vulcanizing machine, also referred to as a rubber injection molding machine or rubber injection press, represents an innovative advancement from traditional rubber molding production to injection molding technology.

Operating Principles of Rubber Injection Molding Machines:
Through a screw mechanism, rubber, after undergoing a mixing process, is automatically twisted and fed into the barrel in pre-measured quantities. It is pre-plasticized and thermally conditioned before being injected into the mold cavity for thermal vulcanization molding.
